Two major aspects of Foster + Partners’ ethos is that of human-centered design and sustainability. The firm designs with the end users in mind while also ensuring the development is future-proofed and neutralizes current and future carbon emissions.
Founded in 1967, Foster + Partners has designed some of the world’s most recognizable structures including 30 St Mary Axe (nicknamed the Gherkin), the New German Parliament in the Reichstag in Berlin, and the Apple, Inc. headquarters in California.
Foster + Partners combined their mastery of sustainable architecture, urbanism, engineering, and design with WV Coscolluela & Associates’ own expertise in the local scene to create a shared vision of their ideal, top-class Makati residence.
The research that goes into each project extends beyond just the building; the communities and surrounding area are also factored in to create a sustainable structure that is, ultimately, built for the people that use or live in it.
