The Estate Makati: A New Home for Urban Luxury

In terms of design, The Estate Makati is set to be a modern architectural icon as its overall look was conceptualised by no less than the team at Foster + Partners, the British firm established by Pritzker Prizewinning Architect Sir Norman Foster. This puts this particular development in the same category with such iconic structures as The Gherkin in London, the Hearst Tower in New York, and the HSBC Headquarters in Hong Kong, all of which were designed by Foster + Partners.

Rising to a height of 276 metres, The Estate Makati will be comprised of a total of 188 residential units, ranging from 151-square metre flats to the grander and more expansive 763-square metre super-penthouses at the top.

Given its location along Ayala Avenue—just across the street from Makati’s commercial hub—privacy was one of the main considerations in The Estate Makati’s design. Its main entrance is positioned 3.5 metres above the street, while lush greenery screens it from the public eye on all sides. All deliveries are strictly confined to the public spaces of the development, ensuring that only residents have access to the units above.

The Estate Makati also boasts of facilities where residents can entertain in grand style: one can choose to host gatherings at the relaxing poolside, or the smaller and more intimate Atrium Lounge or Garden Seating Pavilion, or even the Sky Garden on the 25th floor with its own Wine lounge.
